The saddest most beautiful tribute to Glen I've ever heard. Truly a heartfelt gift of love.

I have only very recently come across this young lady who possess a voice of remarkable clarity. No gimmicks. She simply sits on a stool, plays and sings. Possibly the best I've heard since Emmylou Harris.

Beautiful song Ashley. I know exactly what your singing about. I had the same problem, only with my husband of 62 years. He would. Look at me and ask me who I was. He’s gone now soon Two years and I’ve got a lot of remembering to do..

It’s been many years of long endless days and forever nights since I said farewell to my parents. Many of my fondest memories are of me saying with a smile from Jersey to California “do it again, dad/mom/Grammy…”. “Do it again…..”. She’s right while I have it in me and she’s right about those who will follow after me. “I’ll do ALL the remembering….” We are blessed to be ‘once an adult but, twice a child’. It ain’t bad or sorrowful to have that innocent sparkle in those young/old eyes, warn out hands and all those skin tears while blissfully smiling, remembering, re-memories……..

First I thought I wouldn't like this video so much. Then I started to LISTEN more carefully because I saw there was something to understand. I even had to use some subtitles. This song reminded me of another written by Glen Campbell where he stated that he was not going to miss his dearest ones...just because he got Alzheimer's disease. This is, I see, a very heartfelt song and this girl is brave. When I went to the upper section to give my LIKE and checked again the singer's name, I had forgotten that she is also surnamed "Campbell"; any coincidence? You did it great again, dear Country Road TV. Many blessings from Puerto Rico! Happy Saturday! Oct. 17/2020.

The first, and (so far) only Alzheimer's related death in my family came in 1996, when I lost my step-grandpa at the age of 81. It's kinda sad to see someone you've known for 13 years look at you, and question who you are.
