Clean Your cab filter now and blow out engine filters. I worked up My field and My filters were pretty much plugged full of dust and debris. Really enjoyed the drone footage. Hopefully Your long stretch of 12 hour work is almost over. Stay safe.

So a trick for orchard grass is when you mix it with other seed you can not shake them together because orchard grass will separate it self from other seeds

We used those V rollers to bust clay dirt clods that would dry as hard as rock, with concrete blocks setting in the holders on top.

I picked up on that too! Back in the day, the only way to get one of those shirts was to hire Silva Brothers Construction to do a job for you. I have always admired the quality of work that Tommy and his brothers did on TOH. You knew he was good when you'd see Norm treat him as a peer.

I have a cultipacker that looks just like yours. The shaft rides in a wood block on each end. I inherited it, it was bought used for 2 dollars in the 50s,

@@georgedavidson1221 the old guy that I inherited it from used white oak, I made one out of yellow pine, used 1 7/8 hole saw. I drilled a hole at an angle and put a grease zirt in the wood so I could grease it. It's been on about 10 trs.

Nice job! And I think you'll be a lot happier with the coverage that way as opposed to what you got with that big lime spreader. Watch your drydown on the clover when cutting next year. Will dry much slower than the grasses (in my experience).

I agree ! Clover is fine in a pasture mix but why in the world use it in a HAY mixture ? If you insist on a legume, alfalfa dries much faster than c lover for hay.

Before washing, use the leaf blower to clean off most of the dust and blow out the radiator. I find the equipment cleans up pretty well with just the leaf blower and it is much quicker. Also, I use to drag a large section of chain link fence behind the tractor (with a log fastened across the top of fencing to hold it down) for smoothing the field and covering the seed. Worked well.
