@@KarlDahlquist I played online pretty religiously for a while but I still had a little trouble with the map but I do find myself wondering like why he doesn't use certain shortcuts to duck behind or same thing you said like just knowing the streets though he does surprise me with knowing the street names but I guess after 700 episodes of playing on a map that shows you what the street names are, you start to learn them a little, especially out in Trevor country

I'm not sure, there is such a thing as a psych hold, which is done for the subject's own good as much as public protection. People with psychological disturbance can be as much as a danger to themselves as to other people, and his behaviour definitely fell into the decidedly odd category. A psych hold would seem reasonable until a qualified medical professional can provide a qualified verdict. They had reasonable suspicion to search him due to the fact that he may have been responsible for the substantial fire next to the fire station. Plus, there is also reasonable suspicion of public intoxication by illegal narcotics, which is an offence that can mean arrest. But in this case I would say the primary concern is the subject's mental state, which gave a very good demonstration of being highly altered. The subject did admit to having been both in psychiatric care and in rehab, and mental illness does tend to be cyclical until the correct medicinal regime for that patient is found. Detaining a subject on a psych hold is perfectly legal, and arresting them if they fail to comply with officers is a step that can be taken...

At another moment that truck was at gas station I think just before that blue truck went by before you went to chase it. There's another moment that yellow truck was seen and then at 1:23:25 it went by directly in front of you. I'll have to finish this one tmrw cuz I really wanna watch your other upload, saw that thumbnail and I know its gotta be good. Ford Taurus is one of my fav cars. I sure miss mine.
