If this show were real which I highly doubt, both of them knew the premise of the show going into it and agreed. If you were presented the chance to be on a show where the whole point is that you're going to get awful/gross/embarrassing tattoos by a person you don't get along with, then you deserve it. But again, those tattoos are probably temporary. The show is unbelievable and this couple is using the prank video level acting.
