Just so incase anyone is wondering. The 1st video of theirs i came across and was totally blown away by was The Tiny House they built. Wow oh wow that house is as big as what i am in now and i know it isnt big (my house) yet the house they built looks sooo much bigger then mine, i bet its soooo warm too. They made it look so simple and the guy well he is just talented. Do you have to get periodic building/construction inspections? Do you have to get building permits to do the work that you are doing.
