You know how on occasion, you run across a group that just plain hits different, where nobody else has a look or sound like them? XG is DIFFERENT. As a Dreamcatcher stan, I appreciate this a lot, it's so refreshing to find another truly unique group with a dope sound who also happens to have absolutely stupid amounts of talent. I still cannot deal with Cocona and Jurin's unreasonable levels of swagger.

@@destinyswilly I have a REALLY DIFFICULT time being decisive at all so the fact that DC is my Ult should really say something. There are groups who have fallen off for me, but there are others who are right up there with XG right behind DC. (G)I-DLE, Twice, Red Velvet, Pink Fantasy...really too many to list here, come to think of it. It's actually very notable when a group falls off for me, I find it sad. I like almost everything to start with. Even with NMIXX' debut (which I know LOTS of people hated), I could groove to that even when it was so chaotic. Nothing said 'Gen Z' like NMIXX! My taste is very eclectic. :)

@@jamescurfman3284 I get that. I currently Stan at least 15 active girl groups, 7 boy groups and 8 soloists. My K-pop playlist is all over the place lol. When O.O came out, I listened to it without the MV because people said it was just too much. But I wanted to give them a chance. I still had a mental breakdown ngl. It was weird because the vocals itself were amazing, but the composition of the song, the production if you will threw me off. Now every time that song plays, I sing the chorus to the top of my lungs followed by NMIXX~ 😂. Really happy I gave myself some time to go back to the song. They are really talented

The production, Stylists and make up artists has knocked another one out of the Park. Green eyeshadow works so well on Hinata. I doubt anyone else could carry it... and Cocona looks are flawless in this video. Maya is my bias but I Stan for these 2 ladies in this MV.

The vibes of this song and video are immaculate. It feels like that 00's girl group R&B that got lots of radio play but my parents were aghast when they figured out how spicy the lyrics were. If you want to check out more of their dancing, I recommend XG Move #3 and #4. They're both under two minutes and showcase really different vibes for them.

Don't SLEEP or STOP SLEEPING on XG ladies! They are the hottest, trending and reviewed GG group right now. Even now, there continue to be video reviews on "Shooting Star" and "Left Right" and on top of that, dance crew covers from around the world with "Shooting Star". I'm officially an ALPHAZ and they just hit the right combination of sound and dance for me. They simply bring me back to my highschool/college 90s/early 2000 days when the R&B vibe was a *chefs kiss*. Even this video gave me those back in the day vibes! First artist that comes to mind is Missy Elliott. I just hope their promotions lead to the US, to get on music networks such as MTV, late night TV show performances, etc. They will straight up blow UP at that point and skies the limit. Hit us with more of those R&B vibes and rap iso tracks highlighting the rappers in the group and a mix (both R&B and rap verses). Watch everything that's on KZbin about them, although I know you're currently going through a deep dive with Twice (I love them too LOL). Love XG so stan them!

I feel like the ladies of XG really enjoyed this video. You can see all of them smiling and just having fun. The videographer and editor definitely needs some recognition and awards. This MV is chefs kiss. Jurin, the J is not silent. The same with Juria. Their fashion definitely evolved from their debut song Tippy Toes. I'm sure their budget here is so much more

You should check out the Vox videos, there are 4 of them. the first is a duet with Chisa & Juria, then vox 2-4 are individual performances with Chisa, Juria, & Hinata. There are 2 tapes (rap line). Tape 1 is Jurin & Harvey and second is with Jurin, Maya, Harvey, & Cocona. They also have 4 move (dance) videos, move 2 is made up with a series 7 videos of each member doing a different style of dance.

They are just in a place on their own, I have not been as excited about a group and their potential since my sisters were bringing home Beatles records. Just every thing is amazing. Visuals, styling, rapping, vocals (goddess like) concept, videos, choreography. It is funny how people think XG should be a certain genre since they’re doing promotion in Korea and they belong to a Japanese company. But here is the thing if all Japanese members can or cannot be K-Pop, so all Korean members can be J-Pop too.! 😅 People might think this is kind of silly, but some of us still consider XG to be a certain genre, but in fact they belong to a Japanese company and all members have no relationships with Korean company, even YB Korean company announced they have nothing to do with XG. What ever you all think, simple logic here. Being a Japanese group can only benefit both countries, but the genre lies more towards JPop than K-pop genre. However it is good they labeled themselves as “Japanese global group”. No hassle and no headache. 😂
