Facts...If you remain in a relationship after you have proof of your spouse cheating then your setting yourself for whatever they do and you will be expected to take it...If you leave DO NOT take them back in your life because it will only get worse. Once they lose respect for you thats a done deal.. I kept the faith I kept wishing and hoping and crying yet praying that he would change until I realized 25 years of my life was gone. So I kept crying all the way to the court house and finally got enough courage to file for a divorce. It wasn't easy and it has been 8 years now. I have never in my life been so broke but I have never been so at peace...Moral of the Story. LOVE yourself enough to never allow another human being to mistreat you in the name of love

I see it both ways. This is a hot take, but infidelity isn't always about your partner being insufficient. Human beings are complex and need a lot. Think how many relationships have infidelity in them....given enough time, almost all do at some point. The onus is on him though to work out what he truly wants, what his priority is, and to be honest with his partner. He may love her with all his heart but want to be with other people sexually. This is a very natural thing. We all find multiple people sexually attractive. But that's not what the wife signed up for and that's not what he promised her, so he needs to come correct.
