Is this formula for MR applicable for only Cournet?

You can use this formula for Cournot, where the number in front of the elasticity represents the number of firms. You can use this formula for perfect competition in which case it simplifies to MR = P. You can use this formula for monopoly but there is only a number 1 in front of the elasticity term.
