Good morning, I am newly hired as a tutor in course hero, but I can't start answering questions it's because I can't open the dashboard. All I can see in my dashboard is approved tutor. Can you help to start in course hero?? THANK YOU

New to CH i just really need help, I cannot proceed with tutoring or the onboarding process, my dashboard always prompt me to continue my application but I already received several emails from CH that I am approved as tutor. I do not know what is wrong, do I need to open in a diff browser, my email and pw are correct I really do not know what to do, already sent email to support but still the same. Thank you in advance!
