Explanation was very good. Understood the concept clearly. Have a doubt- Dont you need to take hf4 instead of h4 while calculating pump work? Because it is steam is converted to fluid in the condenser.

because at constant pressure heat is used for increasing its internal energy and for doing work . so more heat is added at constant pressure to do both of them as compared to the heating at constant volume in which only the internal energy is increased and no work is done. Hence for doing work we provide heat energy at constant pressure.
