I still filled out my report just in case. But I did NOT have to provide my SSN # this chande took effect on Dec 3rd.

Good! Because I’ve been having a hard time getting an EIN number for an Llc that I never completed in 2012, which still wound up on the internet. It’s dissolved.. Done!!

Please clarify; I formed an LLC in the first week of October 2024, i have 90 days to file the report (January 2025). So according to this ruling, If i don't file the report i won't be penalized? Thanks

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $550K

I had 2 problems with the upload....Anybody else have these problems? 1) I tried on 4 different computers and for each of them them BOI program said my Adobe Acrobat needed to be updated to vervion 8. Couldn't figure it out so instead of a PDF version i tried the online option but 2) It said my photos were in an unaccepted format. Since when is JPEG unacceptable? Big, frustating waste of time.

Do you really think it's going to say be removed? No it's not... Because what does he want to do? Who does he want to go after? He's big big criminal organizations just south of the border. And what's going to determine where the monies come from by doing this. So no it's not going to get over a little bit especially if you get to clear some national emergency. Only thing that's going to happen is going to push the due date further

There is no fee if you file the BOI Report directly on the FINCEN.gov website.

😮 I concur, it's a DIY easy format. If you already paid someone to process you boi report, call them and try to work something out.

Let me try to be helpful to you and your viewers: The new administration cant 'cancel' the CTA as you suggested at 3:38, because this is legislation which is law passed by both the Senate and the House, and then signed into law by the President. As you must know, legislation cant simply be undone by the wave of a hand, or more specifically, thru Executive Order. That is not how this country works, even in 2024. The 5th circuit- which has made some...interesting...decisions, has placed a *preliminary* injunction on this law. That is temporary. The 5th Circuit court of appeals will likely get this case, and will then issue a ruling at some point. We do not know how that will play out. Now, I am not an attorney, nor a tax professional...but I would imagine that providing an analysis and guidance about federal law compliance is something not to take lightly.

Preliminary up to and if there is an appeal. I do believe there will be one, if by some chance they do not,it stands until it is, or it is repealed.
