A foul mouthed Florida man who threatened to kill a judge was sentenced to 20 years in prison AND 10 MORE days for a series of expletive laced outbursts that nearly led to his mouth being duct taped shut in court.

This convict did more than threaten the judge and prosecutor's unborn child he pulled in front of the court house with two loaded shotgun's and then called the courthouse's main line and said he was there to kill a judge for taking his children away through CPC then he called 911 and said the same thing.
