It must be said for THIS particular case that some years in prison will not be protecting society since everyone, including the judge, knows that the defendant is not dangerous. Nor will this man be learning any sort of lesson from spending years in prison. And let us not forget that the deceased was most likely a f*cking asshole. Honestly. This guy could have walked. And probably will spend the minimum sentence or less.
@elishh817310 ай бұрын
So now we're allowed to murder people by shooting them in the back and not even go to prison? The same law applies to everyone. Just because he is a white middle age man doesn't mean he doesn't get a sentence. And how do you know the victim was an asshole? Maybe the murderer is the ahole?

About 13 min up to 15:00 we get to hear the defense attorney litigating for probation for the defendant to walk out of here on probation....for killing someone....for killing his own family. I wonder how much he had to pay that attorney(s) team of lawyers for his trial case. Whatever it costs, now we know what a closing statement sounds like in this type case.( i.e. NOT a public defender).
