AWESOME day hunting with the Ross Harriers on NYE!🥳🏇
First time with these guys and what an amazing day, loads of jumps and friendly people.🥰
Fall at the beginning over a drop / ditch I didn't even see (I thought it was just a hillock on the field!). 🤦‍♀️
Flew everything else, and clung on even over some bigger hedges (biggest and fastest we've ever done!). 💪
So excited for the New Year and what 2025 will bring us! 🤩

She sure does. Dang, why do that unless it's fun. Been riding my whole life taken a few spills, and broken a bone, but not ever so stressed as she sounds.

@@UAV1632 people sound differently when concentrating and on video its harder to tell what her horse is feeling, she may feel her horse is being strong which is stressful when hunting. People have different reactions to things.

@@Alphabetwillbet some shake their head in excitement. Working with horses myself I've seen both frustration and excitement with a shake of the head. You cannot see the expression so this may just be a very excited horse. After all hunting makes a lot of safe and sensible horses run through contact and get fizzy. This may be why she feel stressed in the moment, her horse may be rushing.

Do you expect people on rollercoasters to sit quietly and calmly while enjoying their ride on the rollercoaster? Is that your expectation? That if you are not quietly and calmly enjoying the experience, that you therefore cannot be enjoying it? You are not privy to her private thoughts and feelings and shouldn't be making assumptions about them.

None of those horses enjoyed their time here and the humans were simply screaming and not being sure of themselves. Don’t see the point in that shit, you shouldn’t have posted that, it’s VERY embarrassing. We’re not in the 1700s anymore. Horses are not tools for your “enjoyment” (didn’t even look like you enjoyed it anyway)…

Your intentions are good. However, horses nearly always absolutely adore going out like this. They get to gallop around with a bunch of other horses. It's great fun for them. Because horses have individual personalities, it's not 100% of horses that enjoy this but pretty close to 100%.
