Simple google search - "In 2022, the FBI reported that there were 14,441 victims of murder who identified as male, compared to 4,251 victims of murder who identified as female in the United States"... it IS kinda sexist to say that women Should think about it more or less, but its Not sexist to say that women surveyed think about it more often, but by statistics in the USA women are 1/3 as likely to be murdered than men :S. This kind of backs up the "everybody is concerned" as being something a little valid here. -edited grammar
