Courtney always sounds like coming directly from a party. So refreshing, in every sense. Congrats!

The fact that she had the ability and the desire to catch up on her crew's experience after running- and leading- 90 brutal miles says everything you need to know. Awesome athlete, awesome person. Congratulations!!

Wow, after seeing Coutney's time I wouldn't have guessed she had stomach issues. Which begs the question: What kind of time would she have had if the stomach had worked fine the entire race? Anyway, major congrats to Courtney for working thru that issue and then not only finishing but setting a new course record. Amazing!

Courtney always amazes me with her poise and laid back approach to things. Looking at the splits it's clear she had this race DIALED, and I was surprised to hear that she had some issues with food given the short amount of time she spent in the aid stations. The top 10 female finishers all spent well over an hour (and sometimes two hours) in aid over the race, while Courtney only spent 24 minutes! A spectacular run by an amazing athlete. Awesome work Courtney!

Thanks for covering this amazing event with such an amazing champion. [no way to not make “amazing” sound like a letdown in that sentence, compared to the realities it attempts to describe]

Such a wonderful, positive, amazing person. Courtney you are special and thank you iRunFar for sharing this. It’s hard to believe that this is off the back of a 100 miler! Amazing! ❤️🙂

She is exactly as you see her. She was on my crew one year for my runner and she and Kevin are the greatest.

My favorite athlete. I don’t even run. I do self imposed calisthenics and CrossFit type stuff, kettle bells etc. I love the inner strength. Amazing. Also, Courtney is the entire package. I’d say Micheal Jordan is the Courtney Dauwalter of basketball. Keep it up
