Love the new pad and all your ideas. In the kitchen I’d make the back wall where the cooktop is full height cupboards, floor (kickboard space for chopping boards and cooking trays) right to the ceiling. Get a single sink (assuming you can fit a dishwashing drawer somewhere) that has a chopping board cover so it acts as both and an induction stove on the bench height section under the window. See if you can use the space between the studs on the west wall or put in a high shelf with hanging hooks under for pots and pans. Don’t have any cupboard pull handles, they take up space, use with cute cutouts instead. I’ve worked with a lot of small kitchens!

A Murphy bed that has a 10 hours hour timer, then flips back up. That will give them the hint!

@@lucymountfort783 haha😊 okay. Here are some tips that helped me: 1. Plan towards it. 2. Be frugal and minimal on spending( don’t buy what you don’t need). 3. Save money towards retirement( Roth IRA/401k). 4. Build an emergency fund. 5. Save to invest. This is the most important because it’s a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success.

Congrats Shane ..! Good purchase no doubt, All windows facing NE which is fantastic for airing out the place with light as we have wet seasons . Great new Bathroom and floors ! Kitchen is fine for the moment as its a small space and newly installed by the looks of things .... have a good think about it ..look in mags and go to Winnings for ideas etc. If its working and not too bad just change the woodwork and the bench top material & sink ..... , have a feel of the area before you put more $$ into it incase you want to lease it out and move to something else now you have equity ! ( rich lady ) Show Alex and BG incase you haven't already. Very exciting news for you !

Ideally, you’d want the shower head on the same wall as the toilet and sink because it’s easier to access the shower/bathtub (and because of the water pipes) And I’m not sure but it looked that the glass partition might be able to be “opened” like a door…? 🧐

Ah you want feedback.. Well, I would firstly change the windows to full glass window paynes as there is too many window sections, make them full view stunning. The bath is fab for washing your drag costumes in 👍. Definitely change that shower glass panel to the other side where toilet is, get rid of that white L shape half bench next to main window, it's a waste of space. Great idea having the largest room for your Drag stuff and filming. Looks like the ceiling height is either 30 or 32 brick high. That's good. Yes get rid of old original built in robes make lots of long white shelving with overhead internal lighting like Kardashian. Is it air conditioned, you might need split systems for cooling and heating? Is the place/walls sound proof? Change to all lights downlighting. Have you thought of the washing machine ? You could take the dishwasher out in kitchen, if there is one? To a front end Loader washing machine. The Americans don't have laundry rooms they conveniently place them in nook and cranny, lol. Replace the front door, 🤣 Get rid of the white overhead cabinet unless you have any trophies Oscars, awards?? I so love that artist you chose the paintings of you she did are brilliant. Can you push out that kitchen ?? The small balcony is it safe when you are having parties ? The extra bed clearly, you need for family staying over, of course. Remember to use paint colour to make the rooms bigger and open. Get rid of that cane lamp shade. Keep us updated 😊

Don’t forget there’s prob a lot of restrictions due to body corporate-as Shane doesn’t own the building just the home/flat inside it. I highly doubt they are allowed to change the windows as much as I agree they would look great as one big one.

I would ditch the murphy bed Iy would take up valuable wall space. Put a click clack sofa instead against the window. Or if you want it in the middle of the back wall. The murphy bed space would make and excellent shoe rack. Then you would have the sofa to sit on and put shoes on etc. Click clack sofas are super stylish mid century modern,

#1, Girl, explain about the parrot. Whew, OK, now I can get on with it. First, you do NOT look more than 23 years old. Whatever deal you've made or whatever painting you've got hanging aging for you, it's working. LOVE the new house, LOVE the idea of a housewarming while you're still thinking over what to do in it. SO SMART to get lots of ideas, while it's cleared out, and LOVE the dance space. LOVE the way you're setting it up. If I were VAMOUS and VABULOUS like you, I'd get a youtuber decorating bitch in to do my storage. LOVE the way you've thought things through, with the canvas paintings (you'll want to keep them forever anyway, natch) and all the details. When we did our house, we put a large standing shower in and no tub. Much better to stand on a flat surface, and water soaks cause infections, cozy as they are. AND 2 people can fit into our shower ROOM without bumping elbows, which makes it more fun. We also have a color-changing light with a built-in speaker in the shower room. :-) Best of all luck, and Happy Holidaze to you and yours! Great to see the channel and looking forward to your updates. Hope your tour went stupendously good! Come closer to Stuttgart Germany, when you can.

The parrot is called a Rainbow Lorikeet, they are wild birds native to Australia and some used to come sit on my balcony at my old place and they also come visit on my balcony at my new place!
