SLED and the local police should have had Murdaugh in the police station INTERVIEW ROOM that very night. So they're guilty of treating Murdaugh as the whole country thought the Murdaugh family was; "prominent", law abiding citizens, and "wealthy" "BIG SHOTS"!!! NO WAY WOULD YOUR EVERYDAY JOE LIKE MYSELF HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BLABBER THEIR STORY, GET A HUG AND KISS AND TUCKED INTO BED LIKE THEY DID WITH MAURDAUGH!!! 😠🤬

Is a lot of truth. Think defense made a big deal out of things that weren’t a problem. Alex did flee scene immediately and despised if evidence at the solicitors house. They treated him with kid gloves and got him that way. If they did it the other way they would have got nothing. He had a wall of lawyers at scene. Did get the key evidence Alex overlooked that sealed his fate . Think they could have searched the house better. Yet Alex didn’t leave evidence he is a lawyer . He cleaned up at kennels. He knew perfect spot to kill them. Outside at night we’re guns were while Paul is in kill zone. Next to hose and a cabin with bathroom. The fact he left phone off for an hour the. Starts using it non stop is read flag. Funny thing is Alex tried to hard to build alibi and you could see it. In his data and interviews.

I will never forget Maggie’s only sibling testifying for the prosecution and she said she asked him if he had any idea who might have done this and he replied,”All I know is whoever did this thought about it for a long time.” Mrs. Proctor, (Maggie’s sister) also said that her family was afraid and staying at different houses but alex never acted like he was afraid.

That's what Dr. Phil said on his Feb 15&16th shows. His tears were not real. In the car interview, he puts his finger's to his eyes and then rubs fingers together. Dr. Phil said he is feeling if there's any tears. It's very good show's. Dr. Phil had his number it's all a total lie he said. If that was my family members. Go take a bb gun and shoot a ziplock bag of red jello. Shoot the bag. Put on your white Tshirt and touch that bag after the shot. Not only was the Tshirt clean there was no hand print or DNA transfer on the body. Maggie's DNA was found in Alex's vehicle. Not in the passenger seat. Not in any seat. It was on the steering wheel of the vehicle. All over it in fact. How does a person's DNA get on a steering wheel but not on the seat door or body of a car?

20 years of Alex doing drugs and stealing from clients, she 'never had to work, always had anything she wanted' according to Alex. Two houses, a Mercedes, vacations all the time. She didn't notice the drugs sooner? Didn't insist on rehab which his insurance would've paid for? There's a saying 'people who marry for money earn it'. Not saying she deserved to be murdered after seeing her son's brains blown out, but dayum. Clueless. For decades, clueless. And it's been reported that Moselle was a party house for all Paul's underage friends. Free booze, drugs, guns and ammo. How could they have not known? Not exactly stellar parenting skills. Paul with Buster's ID, the keys to the boat, nicknamed 'Timmy' for how horrible he acted under the influence. Maybe Alex had a 'Timmy' side too. That would explain a lot. Jekyll-Hyde. An addict who needs his fix will do ANYTHING for it. ANYTHING. Maybe Paul found Alex's drugs and took them down to the kennels with him, refused to give them back.

To me the first thing that I noticed and many people missed is that Alex was in the middle of the crime scene when it was dark. Considering the location is remote. Anybody who thought that there were killers out there wouldn't have felt safe in there and waited 15 minutes Police response. There he was standing in the middle of a horrific crime scene without any fear of anybody out there who may want to kill him. As we heard in the next day he wasn't also afraid for his surviving son.

Reminds me of the Jeffrey MacDonald case. He was a Green Beret at home with his family. "Gang" broke in and brutally killed the wife and young children, but left the GREEN BERET with just a wound. Like we were supposed to believe that they would go all out on the wife and kids, but the guy that is a trained threat just got a scratch. Here in the middle of nowhere his adult son and wife were gunned down and he wasn't afraid whatsoever? He is essentially a DA for years, the 4th in the family line, that sent people to prison and doesn't assume the "killer(s)" are out for him? It didn't add up.

The biggest one to me was that "he was so clean" after all that drama he was saying about rolling them over, putting a phone back in the pocket, checking the breathing, etc..... He wanted to "look" clean figuring it made him look innocent. He basically shot himself in the foot at every turn in this escapade. Grateful the jury was able to see through the shenanigans !

To me the biggest indication that some staging of the crime scene happened is the water hose. It is seen uncoiled in Paul's dog tail video. Immediately after that recording Paul's phone was at the feed room where it remained. With the timeline having the murders four minutes later, with Paul never leaving the feed room and Alex & Maggie dealing with the dog & guinea hen, nobody had time before the murders to coil the hose. One possibility is Alex actually used the hose before the murders in preparation for the speedy cleanup his planned alibi would require. He did tell his sister-in-law after the murders that whoever the killers were they had it planned ahead of time. I'd suggest immediately after the murders he removed his clothes & shoes, bagging them & the guns for disposal. Bags for that purpose likely would have been already been there. He then could have hosed down and put on the poncho raincoat he had earlier put there. Gunshot residue he failed to wash off could have been transferred to the inside as he pulled it over his head. Why wear the poncho? Because he'd know he needed to avoid transferring anymore evidence to himself or to the crime scene. Before leaving for the main house in his golf cart he picks up Maggie's phone with it recording 59 steps. Those steps could be steps of Alex carrying it to the cart and then from the cart to his Suburban. I think he left the hose on the ground when he left the crime scene. Upon his later return he likely took several seconds to assess the scene from his vehicle to determine if it was safe to call 911. He likely saw the hose but knew he'd have time before police arrived to coil it up. Why coil it up? I think he had in his minds eye a vision of how the scene should look and the hose (suggesting a clean-up had occurred) wasn't how he wanted it to look. He's the only person who would have bothered to coil it up. No cartel hit-men or 5'-2" child assassins would have bothered. That it was coiled is clearly indicative of his staging the scene.

I agree about the hose. I’m curious- was there a combing of the rest of the property? Would they be able to tell where Alex had walked and stood to bag things up? If he Sat something in the ground would there be evidence of that? If he had used the hose to wash anything wouldn’t it still be mostly there just spread out? Was there anyone in the trial who testified about the other areas of the property?

The water hose is being sprayed. It can be heard in Paul's video. Alex calls Bubba to get the dead chicken. Chicken is found inside the dogs kennel on top of the dogs house. Police body cam shows the large wired coop with the door open. Alex states that when Bubba gets out of his pen he B Lines to the chicken coop behind the storage shed. He admits to taking the chicken from Bubba. Chicken is in the kennel. That puts Alex with the hose running very clearly as heard on the snap chat evidence. The storage shed Paul was shot at is the building before the big coop. Then there is a lower to the ground either pump or drain with a cover. That row ends with a rather large all wired structure. That's the coop.

I absolutely agree when certain people say how can someone do all of this in 10-15 mins? The Idaho killer killed 4 people with a tiny knife in less than 6 mins and disappeared..Its amazing what “prior” planning and preparation can achieve in 15 mins 🤔
@Ela-cw7fi
@Ela-cw7fi Жыл бұрын
The knife that was used in the Idaho killings was not a small knife. Secondly, his wife's texts messages on the evening of the killings that she did not want to go and meet Alex. According to several sources, Maggie and Alex had hit a rough patch in their marriage, and she was staying at the family's beach house on Edisto Island, approximately an hour away from the family's estate. The law enforcement source said that that Maggie initially declined to meet Alex at the family home, suggesting instead that they meet at the hospital. Ultimately, she consented to meet at the property, planning to follow Alex to the hospital in her own vehicle. On her way to the house, Maggie allegedly messaged a friend, saying that something about her husband's behavior felt "fishy," the law enforcement source says. "He's up to something," Maggie allegedly wrote to her friend. This took way more time than 15 minutes as was said in the video. Someone helped him and it will eventually come out. I think it was the other son or the brother. Everything will come out in due time.

Alex was never going to kill himself. When Alex called cousin Eddie perhaps asking to meet for drugs or he told Eddie that he was depressed, thinking about killing himself. But Alex was going to kill cousin Eddie and make it look like cousin Eddie had not only killed Maggie and Paul but then tried to kill Alex. Then Alex would shoot Eddie, killing him so he couldn't talk. But Alex's plan didn't go as planned. When Alex acted like he was going to shoot himself, they wrestled with the gun, Alex was grazed instead of Eddie left dead. Eddie left probably not realizing what almost happened. Alex had to think of a new excuse to explain a GSW to his head to doctors and police.

There were privileges his family expected and received all their lives. He expected the same with this. There are always murders and crimes that happen that may be solved but never punished because of who did it. Look at Stephen Smith - the coroner immediately said 'man vs car, car won' when there was no evidence to support that. Look at Ahmaud Arbery. His killers were never going to face justice without his mom and that video. It was getting swept under the rug like so many have and do.

You guys did a great job, it’s easy to play Monday morning quarterback for the people out there in Internet land but with a crime scene like that everybody is focused on their particular job. I really didn’t know much about this when I first started watching three weeks into the trial or whatever but during the trial when I saw that initial first contact at the Colosseum and Alex starts to speak I personally knew within five minutes that it was him. I could only go on my gut instinct and how I would probably react and he was so different trying to immediately point in the direction of the reason this happened was the boat accident. Everybody came up on he mentioned the boat accident like the 911 operator also. He’s a lawyer but he’s no actor.

I would have taken that stance, but what triggered me were the moments when the SC old boys behaviour went against smarter detective work. There seemed to be a couple of instances. I mean you can explain to him, obviously, the house is a crime scene without making it seem he is a direct suspect. Of course, the house needs to be examined.. Maybe thats the only way to catch the killers, i.e. they could taken one of the guns from there and left traces. Vigilantes, too! It just seemed very subservient and pro-Murdaugh, while he was acting terribly anyway, so it made no sense to me. You can tell its a bit much about vitamin B in that community. It shouldnt be when you come upon a murder scene. Its what happened with boating thing, though that was manslaghter, so I find it extra aggravating. So yeah, I dont think all the responders did a great job.

I've always found it quite hilarious to hear some people talk about the lack of blood on his clothes, that he would be full of blood if he were the killer, and that he didn't have time to change out of his bloody clothes, hide them and change into clean clothes. Of course he had the time and opportunity to change out of his bloody clothes and into clean ones. Look at the size of that property. They (for some strange reason) had no security cameras on that property. It would take him less than a minute to pull off his bloody clothing and pull on clean shorts and t-shirt. There is nobody around to see him... he would have just changed right out there by the kennels and could have put the clothes out in the woods. They didn't search the entire property. He also could have put the bloody clothes in a plastic bag and took them with him when he drove out to his mother's house and discarded them along the way. Without security cameras, he could have done ANYTHING out on that property without anyone but him knowing what he did. He will never say what really happened. I believe he will go to his grave without ever confessing to what he did.

I believe his plan was messed up a bit when Maggie decided to get a pedi, so he had to rush more than he originally planned. But 15 minutes is plenty of time to wash himself and the guns off using the kennel hose. He had a towel at the ready in a bag to dry, then used the bag to hold the clothes, and the raincoat to hold the guns. Must have had gloves to wear after washing to ensure no blood evidence transferred. Did final check to make sure he had everything. Drove back to house, ran inside to get dressed, then left.
