Julie Grant, I think you should have gotten up to speed before reporting on this. First, the mother was NOT present when her son died tragically - it was the father. Also, I find your reporting very disturbing as you are too gleeful in this horrific tragedy. I recall at the beginning of this video it was stated that Christopher had abused his son over 100 times. He definitely has anger issues and extreme abusive tendencies. He was not present in his son's life until Corey was 4 yrs old. Christopher shows clear signs of serious anger and abusive behaviors. It is appalling to think a Dad would subject his young child of 6 yrs old to running on a treadmill for 20 minutes at high speeds. Let me tell you, it is a form of abuse & control. Then he has the audacity to walk away into another exercise room and leave his son unsupervised on the treadmill. The main thing that gives me a little hope with this case is that the defense won the case without using trickery. Binger was such a filthy, underhanded individual and he very obviously was incorrectly stating known facts, facts that were literally in video evidence. The way he tried to scare the jury into finding Kyle guilty by pointing a rifle straight at them and getting them to feel scared about having a gun aimed at them was disgraceful. I wish in Australia we had something similar to the 2nd amendment.
