One thing that's never sat right with me is her lack of concern when she drove near to Dans house and saw the police cars & crime tape. If I remember correct Dan had the 2 boys the night before, they stayed the night he dropped them off at day care, school then went to the gym that morning & was shot on his return. As a mother, I don't care what sort of relationship I had with my children's father If I saw police and the road blocked off near to where my kids had stayed the night I would be on the phone to my ex asking if everything was ok.

My take: She knew the family was doing this hit. They told her they were keeping her out of it so that if they were caught, she would be able to take care of the kids. In other words, they gave her "permission" to do anything she needed to do or say to the cops to stay out of prison. The kids were the "motive" so even though she was in on it, and maybe even instigated it, she was kept out of the details. Her biggest mistake was going to Dan's house as if she just happened to be in the neighborhood, and when she saw the cop cars didn't investigate, like an innocent person would have. That's her ultimate tell. It is amusing that she's moved to Texas. She could be one of those "awful immigrants" Trump talks about, only in reverse. Mexico could be getting an escaping criminal from the U.S. Just what they need.

Carl Steinbeck would have been the best guest. Just sayin.

Joel and Carl seem to have a frosty relationship. Both are great in their own fields, but Joel has previously been way too ego-centric and performative on his own channel, and seemed to feel intimidated by Carl's expertise and more understated, less dramatic, almost dour, manner. Joel has toned it down now, as so many people were turned off by it. But I'd be surprised to see them both on screen at the same time. I think they respect each other's different backgrounds - but I'd pick Carl's analysis anytime... And Karm, Joel's super smart psychiatrist mom.

@@Shelsight I think they mean *instead of* Joel -- which I would've preferred, too. Carl is less slick. Not saying Joel is disingenuous, but his appearances seem overproduced.

I’m hoping that Donna has had enough time in custody to realize that Wendi perhaps doesn’t have her mom’s best interest in mind here. This is Donna’s opportunity to implicate others if she truly can and perhaps get better living conditions for herself post conviction. I’m waiting

She is very devious, she mentions Charlie and the hitman joke because she knew there could be evidence of him telling the joke and she wants it to be clear that SHE thought it was a joke
@TentinQuarantino_12 сағат бұрын
If she doesn’t get charged for the murder of Dan Markel, I do not rule out the possibility that she could still go on to murder someone else and get charged for that. She seriously does not seem to feel any sort of obligation to choose right over wrong.

If there is enough evidence that Wendi was involved then ABSOLUTELY SHE SHOULD BE PRISECUTED

I think when Wendy mention his brother and the TV thing,It could be as well that shes overflown with internal thoughts that somehow she cannot control and realizes after when she retracts...overacting could be another one. So when in a police interview the subject opens up and shares something in an innocent look, she thinks detectives will believe the narrative

The doctor at 41:00 is delusional. To seriously believe this is a vendetta is ludicrous.

Wendi’s interview was all Theatrics. She knew what was happening to her ex husband. She had to provide the information, Favorable timeline for the hit men. Just go back and listen to the testimony of Jeff LaCase Wendi’s ex boyfriend. Her noted the change in Wendi’s behavior around the time of the incident.

Wendi should be behind bars! She set the whole thing into motion.
@Gregory983 сағат бұрын
She drove on the street, saw the street was blocked off by the police and did not stop to inquire if her children were in the house ( not at daycare) and were ok. Its not a behavior of an innocent person.

The prosecutor is going too offer the elderly mom a plea deal that'll allow for the mom probation & time served for testimony against Wendi Adellson! It's Wendi Adellson prosecutor wants, not the old mom!

Wendi gave up Charlie, to save her own greedy azz. I 🙏🏻 she gets arrested & convicted. Just looking at her face, makes me sick!!! This isn’t a vendetta, the family is evil!!!

Don't forget, in a recorded call between Charlie and Donna, Donna mentioned the TV as a code word! As I watch Wendi being questioned by police, I see her look down and blinking a lot as she is answering questions....Seems like lying body language to me.

Yes, after Donna, Harvy and Wendi as well as anyone who knew of the plan to murder Danny are in prison, it may be over but I'm not holding my breath. With all the horrific occurrences, such as robbery, kidnapping, child. molestations rapes, homicides and serious problems in our legal system.
