Unfortunately, it doesn't matter if the jury has found him not guilty on all charges. All it takes is an accusation to ruin a man's life forever. What really burns me is knowing these women who falsely accuse men (especially successful men) suffer no consequences of any kind. There should be a law in the books that ensures that any and all false accusations will bring a prison sentence as long as the sentence that a perpetrator found guilty would have served. That would make all these self-serving females think twice.

Just because he wasn't found guilty doesn't mean he didn't do it. The state couldn't or didn't present a strong enough case. A verdict had nothing to do with the actual truth. Not even saying he was guilty or not. Anyways, just because they couldn't prove the case doesn't mean she is guilty of anything. That is why she can't be charged. If there was a risk of the accused going to jail for accusing someone of a crime, be it truth or lies, then nobody would risk it. But of course, that's really what many of you actually want.
