That doesn’t mean you deserve to get ☠️ over someone’s ridiculous religious beliefs. We can see Kevin running out the door at Josh, so Josh was clearly defending himself with the stool, while Kevin was the aggressor at every point of this interaction. Josh physically left the building and Kevin went after him. What more do we need to know? I also see people saying its her fault for staying and talking to the killer. There were two women there and they were drinking. Mayhe the men went to smoke. Maybe not. None of this is her fault. I bartended for many years in my life and Have visited establishments just as this, but I am in disbelief that anyone can see anything different than patrons coming in to spend money at your establishment. You then aggressively attack someone for their choice to put art on their own body. All while flirting and touching his wife and her friend. Joshua even goes around to the other side of the table to get away from him and be the “bigger” man.Joshua then leaves the establishment to avoid this abusive establishment owner. The owner continues to touch and God knows what o the two women. Joshua sticks his head in to ask his wife to leave. That horrific action of asking his wife to leave the establishment where the owner is aggressively acting them enrages the owner to then run, aggressively past the women and out the door to punch him for having tattoos and leaving ?!! The then smaller and not aggressive patron/man picks up a stool to try to make space from the very obvious psycho establishment owner. For which was proven, he needed assistance because the man continues and punches him so hard that he hits his head on the concrete and dies. I would say that Joshua had every right to try to defend himself. If anything other than guilty occurs, I will completely lose all faith in the American judicial system. Oh, and godly owner, I wonder who will be accepted into heaven and who will be sent to h-e-L-L JoshuaJoshua for putting art on his own body or you for murdering a man?

Was he looking for a fight maybe to show off in front of his wife? Her husband wasn't a big man but the man was much bigger.Josh went outside with his friend so why did Kevin follow him out even if Josh called him a name for what he said to him he had it coming! Others tried to stop Kevin from following Josh to escalate the situation further. I'm sorry but this man punched him pretty damn hard in the temple knocking him down hitting his head so hard he sustained 2 fractures to his brain! This shouldn't have happened & it cost this man his life bc Kevin had to start it by his remarks & didn't expect Josh not to get upset? Sehmer Is the owner of an establishment. What owner insults customers as soon as they walk to the door? No doubt this guy is a hothead, likely verbally abused the people that worked for him. The owner was intent on having a fight as soon as they walked in the bar. He is the last person that should be judging anyone’s appearance. The fact that the hosts of court TV remotely believe that Josh instigated, is astonishing. Anyone would defend themselves after being insulted by somebody they just met. She should have left immediately with her husband once the insults started., definitely not remain behind for even a second. Where was Josh’s friend Bryan outside of the bar? The friend , Laura that invited her to the wine bar, likely knew the owner Kevin was an arrogant prick. As the altercation was taking place outside in the video, you can see she walks in the opposite direction. I hope the jury can see the hothead that Kevin really is. Irrespective of any verbal sparring, killing someone simply because your triggered by their tattoos is insane.

So let me get this straight, he thinks tattoos are messing up God's creation but he's cool with morbid obesity due to overeating and massive alcohol consumption?

Someone get this guy a cough drop and mute their mic. Are we gonna have to listen to him cough the entire time? 😑

I wish the wife would've left with Josh and their friend so it wouldn't have escalated like it did. Why did she stay at the bar and continue engaging with the suspect? I think the owner was jealous that Josh was young and had a pretty wife. Such a tragedy that a young father had to die because he liked tattoos.

My opinion and understanding is that the minute the Defendant rushed outside, he was at fault. He could have stayed inside the bar and let them leave, but he didn't.

He’s going to be in ALOT of fights w/inmates unless he goes to a prison where nobody has a tattoo… oh wait that prison doesn’t exist 🤣🤣🤣 he had better cross his 🤞fingers that he gets solitary 🤷♀️

The attorney is still asking leading questions, any lay person knows you cannot describe what you see and ask the witness if they agree!
