Beautiful house you did a great job I just wish these houses would come with basements, finish basements that would make them absolutely irresistible to me. It was a beautiful house though

Thank you for watching Kimberly! In Texas we don’t have basements mainly due to how expensive it is to dig for builders. I do miss my basements from when I lived in Iowa though!

Thank you! From where this home is built in the ‘ARTAVIA’ master-planned community it’s about 200 miles/3 hour drive. From Cypress where they will be building more of this model home, looking about 230ish miles!

Hello! This is very close to elevation C but I do not believe it is the same judging from the list of floor-plans on their website for Dunham Pointe. Starting cost is low 700's as well just to let you know!
