Keep in mind people, this a model home. You can build this home anywhere. I don't know about the negative comments. But in my opinion, the master suite is one the best I've seen so far. I love it. There's not much I'd change.

I love the exterior & the placement of the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. The backyard is beautiful. The primary bedroom is a tad small. I would like more square footage, perhaps the entire length of that side of the 1st floor dedicated to the primary bedroom suite, fireplace, and maybe a pocket door for the bathroom, separate closets & sinks. The size of the secondary bedrooms are nice.

Wow, now that’s my house!! Great curb appeal, YES!! Great room is breathtaking with the large picture windows!! The marbled, oversized island in kitchen is ‘grand’ ❤!! Wonderful second story floor accessed via nice floating stairs! Love the natural stone accent walls!! Rest of home more than impress!! Spacious floor plan, generous storage, and marvelous lighting!! Marcus, My heart dropped the moment I saw that Primary Suite. I love it! It has to be the best primary I've seen over the last year. The rest of the house is gorgeous, but I can rattle all day about the Primary Oasis. Considering some window placements, I recommend frosting the glass for privacy, as in the Primary Bath. I prefer the study to be more private or enclosed, but that's ok; I would relocate it to the media room. That's a perfect location for me. I would convert the area where the pool table is located into a Family Room. The old office could become an art or music studio. My bottom line is that I love this home. Excellent practical spaces throughout. Thanks for showing this home.

Lord, some surprise spacious rooms. I like it. Yeah backyard needs some privacy n a nice pergola! The house is beautifully staged! No, I don’t like seeing homes w/o furniture. Absolutely pretty! Probably more expensive to buy, to actually include furniture! Great video! Thanks! ❤❤❤

Haaaa. Greedy investors? You realize the more they spread the homes and lots out the higher the price of the home right? ...and then you would be crying about the greedy investor charging too much. If there is no profit to be made...no homes get built. Typically these builders are taking on tons of risk on very small margins which YOU wouldn't be able ot willing to do either one. Quit your bs about "greedy" investors. It's embarrassing for you.

Love it! I would eliminate some or change the placement of the windows in the master bathroom. I would modify the pantry to include another refrigerator because the one in the kitchen is too small.

This house is absolutely gorgeous!! You outdid yourself with this one. The primary suite bathroom and walk-in closet on this house, is the best that i've seen. Most builders don't make the bathrooms or closets big enough and leave a lot of dead space, but this house was a pleasant surprise.

Am I first? Anyway, children have the habit of bursting into their parents' room, so for that I'd make the primary bathroom secured. Other than that, there's nothing else to improve in this home. That kitchen is amazing. Overall, beautifully designed home. That primary WIC, ohhhhhhhhh!!!!e

I LOVE THE HOUSE!! The only thing will give me pause, although it’s beautiful is the master bedroom. It’s bathroom open concept that I’m not sure about! And I don’t like the main bedroom is smaller than the bathroom. Not that I would want a tiny bathroom. I would just want more space in the bedroom area seeing that’s where I spent most of my time.

I’m surprised there’s no sink in the laundry room. The neighbors are looking right into the master bath. The vanity is also located in a darker area, needs more light there. I would also want a separate powder room from the guest bedroom. Rooms are good size for the most part.

No thanks on the open staircase / open upstairs walkway and study or game space. This is a pretty typical Texas build, where I lived for 15 years and had 2 homes built this way. Each time I regretted it. When you have a family over visiting and the kids are running around screaming having fun upstairs and the parents are trying to enjoy conversation downstairs, it never works because of the noise level. It’s so loud from the kids having fun that it’s impossible for those on the main floor. My current build has a mostly enclosed staircase, and I barely hear anything other than an occasional burst of laughter or happy screams. Just something to consider.

Given the size and value of this home I would’ve actually considered installing a lift, I’d change all the showers, no shubs, only showers for each ensuite and how do you not have shower wands in showers? A bit more colour maybe in the backsplash’s, nice workmanship and materials.
