I love the emphasis and emotion you put in the lyrics, like with Henry Manox, where you yelled out 13, after saying that he was 23. to emphasize how creepy the relationship was, even for that time. Or with “We have a REAL connection” like Katharine is trying to confirm to herself that’s it’s a relationship. With Henry the 8th there’s an unsure tone, like Katherine is disgusted by him that much. This feature really shines with the last lines. With “And there’s NOTHING more to it” Katherine is desperate for a relationship without any kind of “chemistry”. The wavering voice with “he’s says we have this connection” sounds like Katherine losing that hope of someone who doesn’t want her for her body. The “it’s never EVER different” and “when will ENOUGH BE ENOUGH SEE?!” Really convey the sadness and frustration Katherine must have felt.
