There are other things I saw over the years that should have been investigated, especially since the third way to commit Treason was added to the first two ways stated in the only crime set forth in the 1789 version of the Constitution -- "...waging war against the United States... giving aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States...". Then, by federal statute, passed in the 1990's, I believe, "...adhering to an enemy of the United States..." was added. Its definition has never been interpreted by the Supreme Court, which only barely discussed it in one case, never concluding discussion, as it was not an issue up for appeal in the case before it. Any one of the three parts, committed alone, constitutes Treason.
