Sara K Hi dear, I'm almost forty years old and have been suffering from this problem on and off since my teenager's years, I completely changed the way I eat, Iots of salads, no cheese or anything dairy, no chocolate and lots of smoothies, raw vegetables, if you do those things, you will remember what I mean, my skin is soft, clear and I even lost some unwanted weight, my hair shedding has been reduced to only 20-50 hairs per week, no kidding, do it , you won't lose anything, trust me, I wasted a lot of money trying to hide it, makeup, creams etc, and nothing worked because is an internal problem, hope it helps, God bless

I love your skin actually. You have little bit of acne scars but your skin is radiant,glowing, the color of your skin is even everywhere. I,myself, am fighting with dry, uneven colored skin..in some places it is dark(circles around my eyes, lip area),somewhere is red(cheeck) and mostly pale.. and also any kind of scar or pimple makes my face full of dark spots since it is very sensitive and for me it is actually hard to find any cream,foundation to even out my skin and it is so frustrating.

oh I know the struggle! My acne spots are impossible to cover and they're not even that harsh. But I never ever notice acne on anyone else except myself. My advice to you would be stopped taking it and just let it be. Drink lots of water, be happy, get good rest, and that's all you can do. You're a teenager anyway so you've got too much going on inside of you as it is haha just relax and enjoy being a teenager :-)
