I started High School in 1969, so I was fortunate enough (in my Opinion) to grow up in the greatest era of music you can find. Creativity and a merging of different genres made the time period fantastic. You could hear The Beatles, Uriah Heep, the Supremes, Bob Dylan, Glen Campbell, Led Zeppelin, 5th Dimension, Grand Funk, Sam Cooke, 3 Dog Night, The Grassroots, and of course Black Sabbath, etc. and all on the same radio station. I discovered Liliac a few years ago and I am very impressed with their skills and their ability to replicate (when they want to) or innovate or update songs from the past. Since the 1990's I have really only added a few bands to my play list and they feature prominently. (Halestorm, the Pretty Reckless, Greta Van Fleet, Dorothy and Liliac top the limited list).

Thanks for subscribing!!!!! It's really weird how this cover has blown up on my channel...thanks to all the Fangs joining me (I will try not to disappoint!!!) And, the band will be back here at some point...just checked their version of "Seven Nation Army" (as suggested by another commenter) and that WILL be another song on the Covers playlist down the road!

Liliac fan here. Just stumbled across this vid. I like yer format of the original then cover. I'm assuming all yer vids are this way, first one I've watched. Liliac does amazing with covers but don't pigeonhole them as a cover band. They have some awesome originals. Well worth watching and/or reacting to if your up for those. That said, based your channel name I've got a Liliac requests for ya. If you want to see one that they overly killed and up the scale of a song, check out their cover of White Stripe's "Seven Nation Army". The original is fairly simple in sound/instrumentation which is also why it's so good. Liliac upped the game, obviously with additional instruments but the overall feel and energy within the song is another level. And Melody has plenty to do with that. Enjoy! Fang4Life! RO&RH! 🤘😎🤘

Firstly, thanks for coming and viewing this wonderful song. Second, yes, the other 36 Covers are presented in the exact same format (some have more than one cover, as well!!!) I am also aware of Liliac's discography (including the covers) so I can promise you that either (more than likely both) will be coming shortly!!! /,,,/ ROCK ON FANGS \,,,\

Aaahhhh! I remember it well, the first time I watched and listened to their rendition of SNA! I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO FALL OUT MY CHAIR!!!! And I continue to watch it on the regular, and still get those spine tingles !!! Same here with this one! What a great production!!! It's going to stand the test of time for sure!!! Best cover of this I've seen and heard in my 61 years! 👍⚡❤️🔥

Agree , I never was all that impressed with the white strips, they were ok, just not my cup of tea, But when LILIAC and Queen Melody re did it I thought I was going to fall out of my chair!!! AGAIN!!! HAHA!! They just always impress me! And this rendition of H A H Will most definitely hold the bar for me! I've heard as many covers of this I could find on the Internet, and some are fairly good, some suck, but none come close to this!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish you would delve a little deeper why or why not you like/dislike the Cover.

Good point and noted for next time...but as a big fan of the original version, Liliac's version was their personal interpretation of it and it was clean and very well produced!!!

Nice comparison , my favourite being Liliac's version, but I'm biased . Looking forward to many more Liliac reactions in the future . This has been their fastest viewed tribute cover with 745,000 views in under a month . Try one of their original songs next there's over 3 dozen to choose from and you can't go wrong with any of them they are all fangtastic . New sub here keep the Liliac reactions coming you still have a lot to do . FANG4LIFE RORH

@tomwareham7944 Thanks for the sub!!!! I am aware, however, that they are very prevalent on the covers' scene, as well (I mentioned the fact in the video LOL), so they will definitely be on here, one way or another!!! /,,,/ ROCK ON DUDEZ \,,,\

The second version is very good. But it lacks the authenticity and raw emotion of the original Sabbath version. It was of its time.

Oh don't get me wrong, I agree with you...however, Melody's solo at the end was what placed it here above all (as they took it and made it there own, as good cover artists do!)
