I just found your channel and even though I have largely detached and made huge strides to rebuild myself after experiencing a relationship of this nature, I wanted to say I appreciate your sweet and cheerful nature, it is very genuinely expressed- you speak without any kind of condescending energy which is unusual for people speaking on this topic- your style and information is unique and insightful and I am finding some helpful information to further my growth and healing. Covert narcissists are mean withholders they don't believe in the "I win you win" principle. They are not sharers or carers keep away from these selfish, miserable people as much as is possible. Good video Peace and Harmony.🌟

discovered I was in a relationship with an avoidant high on the scale of narcissism. No one has explained and helped me understand my inner dialogue of the loneliness and confusion I felt in the relationship better than you. Telling them what you need in order to feel emotionally safe but they purposely withhold communication and support. I will never keep giving someone the benefit of the doubt again or ignore my intuition. Thank you!

"put a fire underneath them" lol Peace and Harmony, yes they do get fired up with excitement when they are around potential new narc supply but around their partner's they are as dead as a doorknob.They do come to life again when they get fired up with anger towards their partner or other's close to them. If you interrupt a self-absorbed covert narcissist when they are reading the newspaper, playing on their phone, watching the TV or anything really be prepared for a hot-tongued response.🔥
