About the comments involving too many rares etc, I find brawl to be much more friendly on a budget, because ultimately you only need 1 of each rare or mythic that you want to play with. And there are staples in each color that once you have them, you can put them in a lot of decks. I can't keep up with Standard, but Brawl is very doable. I only pay for the Mastery each set.

The Kinnen duel-off could have been shorted earlier if you'd noticed when they wouldn't have had the mana for an activation until they had two Intruder Alarm triggers. At that point, before they get the 6 in their pool that they had on that cycle, you search up the Tidebinder (if you have the mana for multiple activations without IA, which you might have) failing to find until you find Tidebinder. Then you kill their last activation and they can't respond because they don't have the mana for the spin until the next trigger of IA. Anytime you're in that spot, where an opponent doesn't have the mana on a single trigger of Intruder Alarm, Tidebinder should stop their process. They'd have to search up a stomper to kill Tidebinder with one of their previous activations but you can do the same in response until their previous activations are no longer on the stack.

How can people complain that Historic Brawl decks have too many rares. It's literally the most affordable game type since you only need ONE of a card. Not to mention alot of the cards that are staples can be used across multiple decks (and sometimes colors).

The mirror with all the abilities on the stack was like the dream scenario for a control player, and it was decided by the roper. Unbelievable. Anyway, I believe this is one of those situations where who acts last gains the most advantage, but if nobody acts it's bad for the active player because they can't close the game. So the active player should act first while the opponent should just float mana, imo. With this in mind, the first thing to do should be forcing the opponent to activate Kinnan by making him fight with Kogla, for example, and because of how priority works, taking advantage of the fact the active player can lead how the situation evolves is essential from that moment onwards. Also, there's no way of taking advantage of the static ability of the creature that counters abilities here, so that creature should enter as late as possible, followed later by all the clones countering retrospectively all the activations (so the intuition you had should be correct, I think). However, I must admit I'm not even 100% sure that would be the optimal play, since that situation literally decides the whole match and requires a lot of thinking. If I change my mind or I find other relevant nuances in the future, I may actually elaborate further below. I'm also interested to know if others agree with what I'm saying or if there are flaws of any kind. Btw, +1 for the bathroom themed episode.
