If you watch Fox News you have a neofascist bias , so when you’re looking for information the overwhelming majority of people look directly for what feels right to them and validates their feelings. People don’t like to feel uncomfortable. This is why there are so many polarized sub communities. If it was just about debunking facts, then liberal fact checking would work. But people are guided by feelings not logic. Rationality is the mind interpreting feelings, 99% of the human brain is completely unconsciously driven. But how can you be in control if you don’t know what you don’t know ? If you’re right wing in your outlook you’re not going to look for socialist sources of information. Social engineering is and will permanently be a tool of those with the money and power to do it properly. The biased nature of recommended searches, pages etc is an intentional function of social media, Google itself even. Former employees have published papers and done interviews about this. Their job is to keep you on the devices longer, with more trust and power given to the devices. This provides them with more data and insight on every aspect of humanity, down to literally how you use the toilet, where, when and how.

Most blacks, and almost all Jamaicans don't trust the v-ccn, and with important issues the media has been proven to have misrepresented and outright lied about serially, not to mention the fact we have been disallowed and punished (sometimes financially or physically) for simply asking important questions - scientific or otherwise. Then, the conpanies involved - each of whom have been sued and lead to post-discovery damages or settled for various medical and legal malpractices and harms. Then, there's the fact that in March, radio stations reported organization's like the CDC's members claimed viable, safe vaccines would not be ready until 2023 at the very earliest, despite the v-cns suddenly being ready for mass distribution just 6 weeks later (in Canada). Then, there was the fact that, while representatives of ALL political parties urged civilians to at least consider getting the v-ccn, the ones that *forced* civilians to get it (or else) predominately came from a certain political axis and involved certain political and social orientations, unlike others, who took people's personal, lifestyle, cultural, and medical choices into consideration and avoided passing laws that would compel those disinterested in taking the product into doing so, unlike cities in several western countries where people had their insurances, homes, children, ability to travel, and social services seized if they could not provide proof of having took the product. As I said, most blacks and Latinos (like myself) are very wary of the gov't - evidently for good reasons - and we are more immune to the marketing for these products supported by federal and local institutions and easily confided in by (no offense meant) Caucasian Liberals/Progressives and Asians, not to mention immigrants. We have deep distrust on principle for people who look and sound like Trudeau or Fauci, and many of us prefer the council of our own communities than anything else except on certain matters. This is not all of Blacks or Latinos, but it's certainly dominant enough in our cultures that it is largely representative. On another note, the hundreds (that I'm personally aware of) of fake product certificates (that's another thing...a certificate needed to access basic life - pretentious, fascistic, and draconian) helped so many people keep the things they may have otherwise lost, including their livelihoods. That was just in our little rural borough early on, so I'm sure it scaled elsewhere. Most people aren't even against v-ccns, which is hilarious, because had the institutions mandating it (another draconian fascism, which demanded we trade our liberties for prescribed security) eased off on radicalizing and angering communities by mistreating them, stigmatizing people from certain communities, and ramping up social division on every societal prong, people may have been far less politicized against at least considering the product. By allowing and even entertaining questions with serious needed dialog and further research to which the public had access and for which doctors weren't penalized for referencing, *trust* could have been established early on. Pro-choice completely vanished, and so many suddenly believed individuals had zero say in which medical products were imposed upon them. Censorship is another thing - completely worsened the situation by, rather than ending or slimming dissenting questions, creating massive echo chambers and pushing grass roots initiatives into physical space. Had our (un)trusted leaders been 10,000x more transparent, fair, and gentler to the public's questions and concerns, we might have been willing to overlook the contradictions between their claims, data, news reports, and their personal actions. Hope this never happens again.

I see why people don't want to get the vaccine, they simply don't trust the people saying it's safe. Edit: I like that I've sparked a conversation here. To clarify, we don't know the long term side effects to the vaccine (if there are any) and I respect people's decisions one way or the other. I know of several people who have gotten the vaccine and I have not personally seen anyone die from it.

Heres my take, obese people are only putting themselves at risk. Covid once you get it, you dont get symtoms for possibly up to two weeks. Within that time you can go to a store a party etc giving it to more people. You might survive but will the other people? and if they didnt and you know that you killed someones son, mom ,dad would you be okay with that? Its a free country do what ever you want but think about others, give them space and stay sanitized, stay away from elderly. If you work in a hospital you know its much more than what they say. Then the next week it was 256 cases then 2 weeks later it was in the thousands. The cdc was looking into it, but the news media says you should still get your shot. What a joke. I have mitral valve prolapse with Mitral and Aortic regurgitation. I do not want to take the vaccine and have a chance of getting myocarditits which can possibly cause heart failure. The New England Journal released a study of 800 something pregnant women who got the vaccine. 115 women had miscarriages or 14% death rate to the baby. Thats not a low number. When the human body is coding for this spike protein or anything there can be errors during translation and transcription. When cells make to many proteins they can mutate causing cancers. There hasn't been enough time to see the outcome of these vaccines. Thats why I'm against forced vaccines.

So if I don't show if I'm carrying the virus because I'm not sick then why get the vaccine when I can still get covid with the vaccine and I would still never show symptoms either way? I had one guy say my viral load would be so low if I took the vaccine so it would be less likely to be transmitted to others, but that is not true because my viral load would already be low if I have zero symptoms and I feel great no cough no shedding. So why should I take a jab? I had one patient about 7 months ago with Covid and the flu. When I reached over the patient to unhook their chest leads they had pulled down their mask and coughed directly into my face and chest area. I told them "hey what in the heck are you doing pull up your mask". They apologized and I never got sick. So? All I know is if they start to make them mandatory they are going to have a lot and I mean alot of nurses and Healthcare professionals quit and go into a different field. I'm am lucky as I have another option for great income not related to Healthcare.

She lives with my dad and he had a mild cough for two weeks, he is almost 70 years old. The day before my mom had her results we had a family gathering. Our local hospitals are empty too but the media makes it sound like people are dropping dead in the whole country lol

That is exactly why I don't want it right now. I am not saying never, but I rather wait a few more years as a healthy 30 years old. My dad will take it but he says "if I was your age I'd probably not have taken it either" and respects my decision. It just doesn't feel right for me to take a vaccine that's made in record time. The short time side effects are nothing major, but what do we know about long term with the brand new mRNA method? (In my country we don't get Astrazeneca or Johnson&Johnson). Research isn't fully done until the end of 2023 here. When I was living in America I'd be a democrat 100%. And so the majority of my friends who are young and don't want it. I talked the other day to a DOCTOR and he told me he was not getting vaccinated. I was surprised. When I asked why? He told me he was a colleague of the doctor in Miami that died 3 days after getting the Psizer shot.

@@travellady2783 yes, I know of Gregory Michael, and they investigated for a long time to try and determine if the Pfizer vaccine was responsible. Which was inconclusive. Nevertheless, that’s not what this man is lying about. It’s about what his doctor said that is BS.
