Are the masks only beneficial in its protection if someone is coughing or sneezing? What stops those particles from entering the eyes?

I personally have read and heard from experts that faceshields can be helpful or some sort of eye protection. Check with a medical professional you trust.

1. Children have the biggest thymus in their body located near the lungs. Older people have the smallest one... Did this can play any role in immunity? 2. Does people can be reinfected with the same strain of virus? Or did the coronawirus mutated so many times and there is so many strain of it-so there is no reinfection at all but infection with just other strain

It is my understanding , from another Cleveland Clinic professional that the spit test is the hardest to get an accurate result.
