Thank you! Wish I had found this video before I started back with exercise after Covid. I am 70 and starting pushing myself at 20 minutes with a slight incline. My back went out at day 3 and has been out for 3 months now. The blessing is that I have now found your video's and can start over.

Hi Michelle, I am a recovering Long Covid patient. One question I have, how do I get past the shortness of breathing while moving around or trying to do anything physical? Sometimes the littlest of physical activity wears me out...

OMG! It’s the same for me. It takes everything within me just to sit up and get out of the bed. It takes a lot for me to get up from sitting or to even walk or stand. I’ve had this for almost a year now after I got Covid. 😢

@@Marie_me_ this month made it a year since i survived the ICU and was placed in a step down facility. i was subsequently released to go home just before new years this year and from then to now, the progress has been hard. i'm back out to work but the things i used to do without effort, i struggle to do them now. i guess that's the after effect of major organ damage. i do hope and wish you speedy recovery and the strength to be whole again. much blessings to you. How about breathing exercise normal person I mean how blood flow to sensitive parts
@michellephysio3 жыл бұрын
FA F good question, thank you. There are 2 parts to answering your question. 1. Exercise improves blood flow to all parts of the body, so exercise as simple as walking improves your circulation. 2. Breathing exercises to improve the oxygen levels in your blood stream involve deep breathing and you can learn how to do these here kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5S4i5d9mcRmesk all the best for your health
