I actually stopped working out when you stopped streaming your workouts. I have looked to see if I can find something similar to what you used to do with the levels 1,2,3 etc and the mix of things you did but nothing unfortunately, you wouldn’t know of anyone who does something similar would you Julia cause I would really like to do that kind of workout again cause it really pushed me to workout hard in a fun way and I miss it.

the sun may not be out, but those guns sure are 💪 . some good tips. it does seem like you are speaking from experience on getting things for the gym that are terrible. if that's the case thank you for letting us avoid those mistakes :D i down for more gym content. i think it's more on whatever you have the most fun making. just make that and i will watch :D

A mesh bag is useful to bring along too to keep smaller items, such as headbands, swimming togs, socks, &c., separate from other clothes, even if you have a plastic bag for all the smelly stuff. It means you can just throw the bag in the wash, and you don't have to worry about the washing mashine chewing them up.
