@@hannofranz7973 You'd think that covid hit the UK disproportionately harder than countries that recorded better covid figures than the UK, so Johnson did well in dealing with covid under the circumstances, the way some are going on on here. He did not "Did well under the circumstances". He did appallingly from the start and he was 3 weeks behind in realising it was something more serious than he thought even though it waa on all of the mainstream TV news that covid hit Europe and was overwhelming Spain and Italy's hospitals, and covid was at least not that far away from the UK, if it had not been already transmitting and spreading in the UK. He did not do everything to save as many lives as he possibly could have done, let alone achieving it. But the right wing media and his fanboys and fangirls thought he did well or at least did his best which is ridiculous. Already 3 weeks late and then too slow at getting PPE into the country by using VIP lanes ordering to the tory donor mates companies (instead of going through proper tender process thst would have resulted in earlier delivery of emergency PPE from companies who were expert at manufacturing PPE) who would hand the tories extra donations by otdering from them. The delays cost even more lives with covid. Those defending him will never accept we did worae than the EU average and worse than all of France, Germany, Spain and Italy when it came to covid deaths per million population . They will never accept that all of those other countries did a far better job at slowing the apread of covid right from thr start and throughout than rhe UK did, even when the UK hit the jackpot of the earlier first vaccine doses than all of these 4 countries. The early UK vaccine doses were never going to be enough to suddenly completely overturn the gap pre-vaccines resulting from all 4 of them doing a fsr better job at slowing the apread of covid than the UK did despite what those who defended Johnson claimed.

To drag him and his cronies over hot coals. It might not be justic, but it will be utterly humiliating for this horrid lot. "Sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants".

Alternative title to this clip - Boris tried to apologize but couldn’t fully take responsibility for his actions that caused the pain and suffering for those who lost loved ones to covid becuse he was too callous and stupid to “TWIG” to the dangers 😂😂😂😂😂😂Idiocy and pomposity are such a poor personality combination.

For god sake, it was a new virus. Who knew what to do. Boris Johnson had just getting in to number 10. I think he did well and i hope he stands again. I will be voting for him. Boris Johnson never had a leg to stand on with the other parties pulling him down all the time. Go boris, there are millions of people behind you.

It is easy with hindsight to see how bad it was but I don't see how trying to find some one to point the finger at is helpful against a virus. The victims at the end talk about how more could have been done but the only thing they can suggest is harsher lock downs. Look at how many people without the benefit of hindsight decided to just ignore the lock downs, or how devastating the lock downs where on our economy we might not make it as it is, would harsher lock downs really help anyone or cause more pain? We don't know, all we know is that we now have people traumatised by a very traumatic event, caught in their emotions they hope to externalise the pain they feel inside. Hurt people hurt people.

Not everyone voted for him but too many people suffered the consequences of the mindless idiots who did. His dishonesty, corruption and incompetence was there for all to see and yet, they chose to ignore it. They have blood on their hands as much as he does, for putting him (and his murdering bunch of crooks) in power.
