Very good synopsis.. who flies to Turks and from where.? Who flies direct? From where? Have you tallied the extra hassle, and expense to a family of 4 to fly? What are the costs. Where do I get the test and results within 5 days.? Cost? Insurance is $69. Does the airline give us the insurance option? The one you filled on line, is that TCI hitting you with a fee, considering only 4 or 5 patients in the huge hospital? Is there a curfew? Can I linger at a bar until 9 pm.. you went to breakfast at 9am, what if I want to go at 6? Are they open? Beautiful island. Want to go. Need more info.Thanks for the synopsis. Well done.😀 Jouko

Thank you for your comment, Jouko -all great questions! Anyone can fly into the island so long as they abide by the entry requirements (COVID testing & insurance). Most of the US East Coast features direct flights to PLS, although, with current circumstances, some of the usual routes might have been suspended temporarily -please check with your favorite airlines. You can get testing with a 48 hours turnaround through TCIsafe.com (this is the recommended site). The COVID test is about 150 and the insurance 69 or so per person. The airlines don't offer insurance to cover the entry requirements. You will be able to linger st the bar until 9pm or later very soon, however, currently there is a curfew extending until the end of the month (September 2020) and accordingly, all businesses will be closed by 7:00 pm. Again this is set to expire at the end of the month. Our CEO Dan won't shut up about how amazing his trip was and how glad he was that he went. We are trying to get him to write a blog about it!! Thanks for your excellent questions Jouko! Oh, and your question about the hospital, to our knowledge there have been no new COVID hospitalizations since May.

Thank you. I am so excited about all the great news from the island. In fact, I am all packed and sitting here in Atlanta International, now awaiting for my favorite Airline, Delta to haul me to Providenciales. But, the good news is that I am a member of their SkyClub and will be well fed until they decide to fly again. I suspect it will be another month.😂

Hi quick question and would be much appreciated if you could answer for me.. how close to my trip do I need to get the pcr test because doesn't the pcr test take a few days or so to get back? please advise I have a trip on first week of Feb!!!! thank you
