I am a 78 year old female who was allergic to the Pfizer vaccine. I was vaccinated in May of 2021 and ended up in the hospital. I caught Covid in 2022 and again in 2023 and both times it was nothing more than the sniffles and gone the same day. The problem is that unbeknownst to me, it goes after anything weak in your body. If you have heart problems or are diabetic or you have kidney problems it will attack those weakened areas. I became aware of this when I had my usual yearly blood tests and saw my kidney numbers had been attacked. Six months later the numbers had returned to their normal poor state. So far in 2024 I have NOT caught Covid but perhaps by using a better mask and washing my hands after every delivery I have managed to keep Covid free. For what it's worth, my allergist told me to get a SARS/COVID2 test 2 months after I got the vaccine. The result was 4.2. At that time nobody seemed to know what that number signified bc no one knew what 4.2 meant. Was it out of 5 or out of 100 ? No one could tell me. After I caught Covid in 2022 I decided to get that same test a month after catching covid. The result was 2499. Again no one could tell me what that number meant. I thought the number might mean how much anti- bodies my body had built up against the virus, so I got tested again 6 months later to see how much my immunity had dropped. The results were the same 2499. I have since learned that the purpose of the test was to show how much anti-bodies my system had built up against the virus. The 2499 number showed high anti-bodies in my system. To make matters worse I had to have a lung lobectomy bc of lung cancer in January of 2021 when the virus was in full swing. Not a great time to be having major surgery. To say I got lucky on so many levels would be an understatement. I'm still here. : ) P.S., I have NEVER had a flu shot and I have never gotten the flu and I do NOT plan on getting a flu shot any time soon.

My 82 year old, otherwise healthy, mother in law is fully vaxed and boosted, and is currently suffering with covid; suffering. Her daughter, the same. And the daughter works in a retirement home (with fully boosted individuals) where she got it, and passed it to her mother. This doesn't make sense. Where is the protection? "Oh, but if they weren't vaccinated they would be worse." Hmmm...not buying it. 🤔🤨😳😠😡🤪🤪🤪 Just stating my observations here. I respect you for your knowledge towards the elderly (that's why I subbed). But on this issue, I am seeing other results that do not match the advice or guidance (and I've only given 1 example. I have brothers and sisters and friends who have been in the same boat; the sick and suffering one) . Unfortunately, their doctors will continue to offer 'it', and they will continue to take it. And in the end, its their choice. It will never be mine; not even if I was 82 and forced against my will, and afraid to die. Why? Because the results do not match the guidance (among other reasons). I don't usually comment, but considering we are going through this with my mother in law and greatly concerned for her, I wanted to share because the 'Take this and everything will be ok' scenario is NOT the picture it paints.

I know somebody old who also got Covid several weeks after jab. Had to go to hospital and get oxygen. When he came out, kept testing positive for Covid. He died about 7 weeks later.

Absolutely Unbelievable that people are still having this poison. Nothing but halm or death for most I know that took it. I thank the Lord every day I had the sense not to have this jab along will most of my family. None of us have had more than a cold, including my elderly mum and neighbour.

@@TheRuthdobson I bet you think it would be really cool if kids didn’t get the measles and polio vaccine right? …. that would be what the Lord would want. Right?

You must not have learned anything. I can only conclude that you're very stupid. I once was stuck working with a person with a 4 year engineering degree who couldn't understand how to use a crescent wrench. You're probably the same sort of idiot.

Thank you very much. Can you talk in another video about the options for the pneumococcal vaccine. So confusing. Prevnar capvaxive. I’m lost.

Thank you for sharing this information. I have an elderly parent I want to keep as protected as possible. We believe in science and vaccine protections.

How is it even good to give different vaccines at the same time? You may not know which one you had a bad reaction to.

Hooray, finally!! I have been looking all over for updates after the Summer JN.2 upsurge in cases. Now, in the interior West we have JN.3 but a vaccine formulated on the basis of Summer's JN.2. Supposedly, JN.2 based vaccination may still be heloful at least in assisting keeping the older among us away from formats of critical hospitalization related care. It's about damn time! Monday, I will obtain the JN.2 based vaccine, at last.

Thank you doctor! You answered my question! I'm 62 and immunocompromised (have a genetic disorder that causes my white blood cells knoqn as neutrophils, to be low) and had been hospitalized in the past before vaccines for respiratory viruses were available and for viruses thst no one else was even affected by so I vax for EVERYTHING and do it as often as allowed and possible. I find drinking plenty of water before shots avoids side effects. Fortunately for me I've not had COVID, knock on wood; I mask up with an N95, use an oscillating fan at my desk at work, wash my hands often and maintain my distance in crowds. What's sad for me is that some people are rude about seeing me in a mask... I'm only in the public when necessary (work, groceries and church) but for whatever the reason people think it's ok to shake their heads disapprovingly or say something unkind (yes even at church)... but I thank everyone else who are underdtanding and kind, it's so appreciated ❤

Thank you for this update. I'm a healthy 67 and appreciate the value of vaccines as well as their differences and limitations. Unfortunately, my initial vaccine (Pfizer) and two boosters were accompanied by two years of extreme "sun allergy" and other auto-immune issues which resolved with the cessation of boosters (yes, correlation doesn't prove causation). The only thing I know to do now is to be outdoors as much as possible in hopes that sunshine, exercise, and mental health will afford some protection. My mother is 87 and I'm extremely grateful that she's current on vaccines, but for some of us it's a difficult balance. Your comprehensive updates help to weigh the risks, so thank you.
