From the root word it self "pait" or "mapait" mean "bitter" in English so that would be the right taste it should be "bitter" but it's not really a cow poop but a bile inside of its stomach to make a bitter taste, and it will be strange for the first timer but probably good or better for the headache from yesterday drinking sessions and hangover or maybe a beer match
