There's a difference between arrogance and confidence and you sir are certainly not arrogant. The way you control everything in that kitchen and always keep your cool through the stresses you're put under is definitely a skill not many people have! Please keep em coming 🙌

I used to have a job like this in my early 20's and I absolutely hated it but looking back I miss it sometimes. I don't think I'd ever do it again but these videos remind me of those days, we had one of the busiest restaurants in town and every day was chaotic as hell.

Found you yesterday and started following. I was a server but sometimes we had to help chef plate when short staffed or super busy. I know how hectic and chaotic it can get. Love how you take care of your kitchen and it’s super clean. Great videos. I’ll keep watching forever. Much respect for your hard work. Hopefully one of these days I can try your cooking because it looks 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Thank you for all your hard work that you cook up in the kitchen. This business could not do it without you. You show your skills in the kitchen and on youtube. Do not let the hate get to you as there are cruel rude people that have no idea how to eat hold a knife let alone cook eggs. You have a great shift and i can not wait to see more videos. Btw,you as a man inspired me to create my own youtube channel. I ride my bike through trails and such. Thank you for inspiring me to step out of my comfort zone and show what my passion and love is towards. Stay warm and safe brotha.

Sorry for having the other grill not working. I hope you get it fixed soon. Videos are always amazing. It reminds my days I did this. I use to be a cook. That was a small like type restaurant. Not famous to be a popular restaurant. It is just at a place. That has not a lot of people come every day. Only 5 days a week. I’ll tell you more when I message you on IG. Have a great Thanksgiving and take care.

Deep frying hamburgers goes way back to New York City in the early 1900’s , They keep the same oil in the fryer and added new to it not throwing it out , Very popular to this day . Not saying how healthy it is but just saying it’s not new .

Definitely not Denny's or IHOP. The front is setup more like a fast food restaurant. I was hoping to see more of your kitchen setup routine, maybe you've shown it in another video and I haven't seen that particular video yet. I hope you are still loving your Wusthof chef knife. I almost bought one at Williams-Sonoma but I ended up buying a Kershaw Shun chef knife. Germany and Japan has some of the best steel.

Whaaaaat?! Arby's "wagyu" burgers were deep fried?? Lame! I really enjoy your narration of what you're cooking and just what goes through your mind of why you do this or that. I never thought watching someone cook like this would be relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for bringing us along! Question: is that clarified butter you use as your fat for cooking in your skillets and cooktop? I only ask because it was solidified.
