This has probably been the toughest week since we began filming …. The jobs been tough and the weathers been unforgiving… but we still manage to have a laugh!!
We’ve dug out 80 tonnes of muck, put in 48 tonnes of stone and laid 90m2 of block in 5 days !!
Super hard work from the team!!
Some muppets were pretending to be us also

Hi lads, love watching your stuff. It’s real and it’s raw shows the trade for what it is not what instagram shows it is. I’m a landscaper but never really done much block paving just here and there. Just a quick question, when you’ve got your screed in and you’ve got everything laid you always haunch up around the border blocks. Then when it’s set you compact the paving. Are you never worried that the wacker will disturb the haunch or crack away from the border block as it moves from you compacting the paving. Hope that makes sense and it’s not a criticism just trying to learn as I’d like to be able to do more block paving, much quicker turn around than laying flags etc …

I'm with you on that Nick, fabulous drive so far, but too big, there was certainly room for a bit of lawn I would have thought, but like you say, too much maintenance. Hope the weather holds out for you next week, we have even had rain in Kent this week. Best wishes Christine x

Wow, even with having the rain trying to muck up things for you all, you still managed to get work done. It’s looking 100% better than it did. Looks like people would realize that only scammers would be knocking on their doors ready to rip them off.
