Awesome! Not giving you any grief but a coated pan needs a wood spoon or plastic spoon don't go eating any nonstick coating particles young man. I don't ever use the mustard but might try it! Been making this for years. You can also take this and put on your steak while it rest and man it's awesome when you unwrap it and dig in. Keep pumping the videos.

Not saying the salsa is bad, but the best steak salsa, actually any meat, is argentinian chimichurri, nothing beat that. You can use it on beef, poultry, lamb, fish, pork, etc. as seasoning or as a salsa, tastes delicious.

If you're going to follow this recipe! Do not use porr ingredients as shown in the video. Use fresh minced garlic, not from a jar or tube. Use fresh minced Italian Flat Leaf Parsley. Basically, use all fresh ingredients. Not dried.
