Have I told you lately how much I love the COWBOY JUNKIES!!??
@blackcrow70494 жыл бұрын
Cowboy Junkies recorded their second album Trinity Sessions inside Toronto's Chruch of the Holy Trinity ⛪ with the band around a single microphone 🎤. It was november 1987 .

That church is haunted. Or so it is said. If youre in the area after dark, bring company because it is scary. There is a plaque near the front door of all the names of homeless people who have "disappeared" in that square.

Can't plus it enough. Been a fan since, well, nevermind. And they played in Liverpool. I live under a rock and even I understand what this means. So happy for them, and for everyone who gets to enjoy this posting

Chills ran down my spine all over again! I felt like I was right there in the front row again. Is there a creature more beautiful than Margo? A voice more enchanting? Is there a man more insightful than Michael? A guitar player more mesmerizing? I don't think so, on either count! Wow! Love it!

i love love love CJ and Margo since my teens (Caution Horses) yet feel compelled (without wanting to rain on any parade!) to add Maria McKee, Rickie Lee Jones, Valerie June, Hope Sandoval and Joan as Policewoman to the raybow of praise for wondrous women with underrated voices..

not a good idea to go 'off focal' topic as it opens a can of allsorts.. ;-) Chan Marshall's another one.

Yup, agree.. Cat P. for sure:) Shara Nova aka My brightest Diamond's another, the list goes on... Guess gotta let someone's 'ultimatum' be and just sit there ;-)

As humble as can be even after all this success. No wonder their music is timeless. Really appreciate you posting this high quality footage.

Every friggin' time I see her and listen to her sing... it is like a reminder that my hell is on earth, simply because she's never smiled at me... One of the most beautiful, sultry, Goddesses of all time.... My only consolation, is that I can actually hear her sing (and see her sing) any time that I'm willing to have my heart excited to the point of stopping, then ripped out of my chest when the song ends.... Kind of a mixed blessing I suppose... the greatest heights of ecstasy, followed by gross depths of sorrow and heartache once the music stops. Oh, and Kudos to the band (including her brother -- sorry, have no idea what any of your names are.... aside from the brother's last name is Timmins... but holy shit... how can I be faulted for that?). Margo, how does it feel to be a modern day siren? I'd happily wreck my ship if it brought me closer to your voice. Does your power over men ever bore you? Surely years of men collapsing in the aisles must become redundant... Thank god you never let that stop you from performing, if only for your own amusement... Thank you

which part of her do you think is beautiful? I love her voice and she seems real sweet but I don't think she was blessed on the looks front...which is probably one of the reasons she's underrated as a singer.

@@bryankinney1 Are you gay? Margot is fucking beautiful. She isn't like 22 years old here you know.
