Excellent job! Thin Lizzy was one of the greatest rock bands, and this is my favorite tune by them. I'm a bass player, but I learned the rhythm parts to this song...after watching your video I'm going to attempt to learn the solos. What a lineup that band had, with one of the greatest front men ever. To this day I still miss them.

Hey, KDA! Tonight I was with a friend (bassist) at a bar who didn't know this song (Brasil!), and we're going to a studio this Saturday just to mess around with some friends. Love your videos as I just discovered you tonight while I was trying to teach my 5 yr old son how to play guitar... we just finished watching your video on the top 10 sleepy songs... I started playing in 1979 after having the opportunity to strum Paul Stanley's Ibanez Iceman as it was temporarily fixing to go on public display at Strings and Things in Memphis ... I attended 2 back to back 79 Kiss Dynasty shows.. Jackson Mississippi and Memphis Tennessee as they were my first concerts when I was just 15... Love your tone Brother. 👍

Cool song But, I laugh to myself every time I hear a Thin Lizzy song. Got into a fight with one of the bands drummers and knocked him out cold at a beach / biker bar in Texas back in the 80s🤘

this tuning is driving me crazy. its just a half step down right? i cant seem to match your tuning on this one.. any help appreciated.

Tablature shows tuned to E flat, so down a half step from Kelly. You can’t play chords effectively down a half step so you have to tune down to make it sound like the recording. Kelly doesn’t tune down.
