Kent, I gotta say, watching your videos is like a warm hug from home. I feel like I'm watching family show me how to cook their favorite recipes. I just appreciate your attitude, your level of respect, how you carry yourself. And just like family, you offer a word of peace and advice. I just cannot tell you, how very much you mean to a lot of people who struggle with this old world. Thank you for being a little slice of heaven. Another from Texas. Kent, looks delicious. The ONLY thing I would do different is cut the tips off the wings, because I freeze 'em and when I get enough discarded "chicken parts", I make chicken stock. (I know, there's a little bit of meat in the tip, but homemade stock is worth the short-term loss.) Thumbs up, in any event!

Greetings from just north in the big town of Butler, Oklahoma! I'm all about the upcoming beef recipes, but any way we could get some lamb recipes? My wife and I are wanting to try new things but I don't like all the frilly recipes I find on the internet. I think I have pretty much watched every video you have ever posted in the last year or so, and I don't recall any lamb recipes. Maybe I should purchase a cookbook! We love your rubs, your green chili chipotle relish, and I really love my hash knife I got for Christmas! I also appreciate your knowledge of cast iron, as I was able to rehab some old cast iron from each of my grandmothers, one of which I learned to cook in as a boy. I love everything old and traditional, and I'm grateful that you 2 do what you do!

It isn’t cowboy style, but I would put the wings and sauce in a gallon ziplock bag. You can squish the sauce all around them without getting it all over you and they are already covered for resting in the icebox. As someone else said, I would cut off the tips and throw them in another bag. Not enough meat on them to fool with, but they are handy for making stock. Keep the great recipes coming. I'll estimate that you'll begin to notice the first hag-like features in about 4 or 5 years... another six years perhaps, until the waiters at the restaurant compliments you for being kind and taking out your grandma to dinner. I'm gonna make a big batch of these for Super Bowl Sunday 2020. A lot of my family doesn't go for fiery-hot food like a lot of wing recipes make, and your sauce should be just right as a crowd pleaser. Thanks for the great recipe and technique, as always.

Love all of the brave men and women that protect the USA 🇺🇸! That’s the first time I ever saw you do a single serve recipe Kent. I could eat all those and come back for more!!Did you share any with the little visitor? He sure looked cute, but not quite as quite as the beagle! Wings are on the menu!!

I have been so hungry for wings. Thanks for making these. I will be going in the hospital next Tuesday 5th. For about 6 weeks I think. So I will be watching for my videos and catching up on the ones I'm running a little behind on. Thanks again and give the beagle a hug for me. We just had a litter of 4 kittens and another on the way. Hopefully before I go in. By the time I get home we will need to find homes for them. You all have a great weekend and I know you all don't have the deep freeze like we do here in Indiana. Crazy! 50 below one day 50 degrees plus in less than a week.

May I guess: a stomach reduction? By the way, seeing that your a lady of... uhm, "considerable appetites" and in case 4 kittens is 2 too many: they taste almost identical to rabbit, hence make an excellent stew, best eaten with sweet and sticky rice. Not bad at all and i have no idea why there are so many stray pussies running around everywhere.

I grill a lot of pork & chicken and I like to use apple lots of times. I've used cherry and apple when smoking turkey, which is really good! Great recipe!

Looks awesome! Going to try this one out! Tks Kent! Btw... I don't bother with the wing tips. I cut those off in the begining too and freeze them in a freezer bag and use them to make broth when I need it.

I have used a lot of different natural lump, Cowboy, Ozark and others. My favorite at this point is Rockwood out of Missouri. It seems to burn longer and have less trash in the bag. Like this sauce recipe you have here. I usually go some what of a traditional route. Soaking the wings in straight hot sauce mixed with crushed garlic. Smoke 'em on the grill and baste with the hot sauce and butter mix. MMMMM cant go wrong with the wings. Look forward to trying this one on the smoker.

I have never liked the traditional wings with hot sauce and I have always liked horseradish but haven't had it with honey that much so these wings really look good. I like that sinus burn of the horseradish and the honey of course tempers it a bit. I don't watch football so I will make these all year round. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skill.
