Corners are pretty good, offensive line is solid, QB with Adam despite being overpaid is still top 10-13 when healthy, RBs were solid to end the year, TE is good. They weren’t horrid they were just hurt. At key positions. The moment Micah came back they were a .500 team

The cowboys are closer to a reboot than a rebuild. The thing is that they’ve been good enough over the last 3 to 4 years to not have a top 5 or 10 pick in the draft. But not good enough to get over the hump in the NFC to at least make an NFC championship game. And they’ve done a great job developing players like Dak, Ceedee, Parsons, Diggs, Bland, Zack Martin, Tyler Smith, and Demarcus Lawrence. But also the front office being unwilling to spend big in free agency and pass up on players like Derrick Henry or trade for Saquon has hurt them. Also signing their best players to huge contracts at the last minute (Dak, Ceedee, and Parsons within the next year) which chokes them from the salary cap point of view hasn’t helped.

Cowboys will be 3rd in the NFC East for at least the next 4 years and that’s if the Giants don’t get a QB. Can’t flex 3 12-5 seasons when they got bounced in the 1st rd of the playoffs each time.
