Its limiting the playbook for Rush because he's a BACKUP! I can tell you don't know how Running games ( Dowdle 150 yds) helped Rush pass for a measly 215 yds. It was nice to see Rush balling out, dude deserves it. He's been put into some tough situations when Dak's gotten injured. I wish it were true that they didn't need Dak though lol. 76-46 all-time in Dak's games with the offense averaging 26.7 points per game vs. 12-11 without him, averaging 21.1 points. That's over a 20% drop in production without Dak (though I was surprised they at least had a positive record, even if it's just by one win).

The offense finally started clicking, I think without Dak you have to adjust play calls for certain things. Rush is not it though, but the run game going through Dowdle finally is helping. Only took 10 weeks. In the NFL. And we get to do it all again next year..

Dallas is missing half their team lol. Rush is trash. He was terrible yesterday in the 1st half. He was pretty good in the 2nd half. This is the highlights lol. This isn't showing all the throws Rush had behind, at the feet, or 10 foot above their heads lol. There is no zip on the ball either with his noodle arm. Every throw has me worried its going to be an INT it takes so fuckin long to get there. The reason they are looking good is they have played trash the last few weeks. The Bengals are terrible, their offense is good but their defense is trash. Dak would have lit the Bengals up. Giants are garbage juice so are Carolina. Washington is a nice story I guess but their defense still isn't very good either. They somehow figured out how to run the ball the last month. If Dak had that before he got hurt they probably have a couple more wins right now. Dowdle has the most yards in the NFL over the last 3 weeks. He has been averaging like 120 yards a game the last 3 games. With a backup OL. They were on their 11th different OL in this game. Everybody is hurt. Overshown and Diggs might even miss next year.

Dak's issue isn't how he runs the offense it is how he performs in the playoffs. He has proven to be a regular season QB and that just isn't good enough. I wish, and many fans agree, they wouldn't have given Dak the bag and started over with a younger QB, a rebuilt secondary, linebackers, d-line, and receiving corp. They are now stuck with Dak for the foreseeable future.
