That “unnecessary” switch-hand layup against the Lakers was in the NBA Finals…and it was his NBA-record 13th-straight FG in the game. Putting context to a lot of MJ’s craziest plays is even more mind blowing than you’d imagine. People may LIKE LeBron more than MJ as their favorite player, but no sane individual should ever try to honestly say he’s a BETTER overall basketball player, because it’s not even close! MJ 🐐

People who call Lebron the GOAT. Dont know Jordan and his career, they think they do. Jordans in his own league. Lebron would go up to dunk.. Jordan would smash that ball out his hands and humble him. Just like the rest. Then mess with his head and have him beaten. Jordans a BEAST

Y'all are ignoring JT guarding the other teams centers all through the playoffs.... talking away the Dallas lob pick n roll game . They were scoring like 30 points a game off of those actions... Guarding bigs takes a lot out of you physically and it can affect your outside shot and if you really look at it the only metric Tatum struggled in was outside shooting beyond The ark if you take that away he was actually pretty efficient

I know people are excited that the Mavs got Klay, but they lost Josh Green, one of the few Mavericks players that showed up in the Finals occasionally.

4:58 I don't think Porzingus could have torn the rim off in this game, his foot was fucked up and probably shouldn't have even played. But he wanted to be on the floor for his guys, in the clinching game. He'll be out 5-6 months now after having surgery and will miss the beginning of next season. He was incredible in Game 1 though, the best player on the floor.

Yeah, Bron brought on the comparisons' when he made the comparison. As stated Longevity is already considered. MJ's 3 pointers being his so called weakness is only because he didn't need it. Bron looks to pass 1st because he not the Alpha you think he is. MJ did it to everyone and they knew it was coming from him every night. Never lost 3 games in a row from 90-97. I've watched them both. Never have I seen games where you knew, the other team knew, everyone knew, MJ was going to win in the end. Next you'll be touting that Bron has won more Finals game 7's than MJ. O, that's right, MJ never had a games 7 in the finals. He was too good to let that happen.

It's funny how you say and think LeBron is the GOAT, but isn't doing none of this stuff. But at the end of the day, the majority says Jordan is the GOAT. Jordan is the way better offensive and defensive player and it's not even close. Plus LeBron isn't better than Kobe either. You're super amazed by these highlights. 😂

Lebron carried a mediocre Cavs team through a week east and got stomped in the finals. He hasn't carried a weak team since. That narrative is waaaay overblown. My GOAT didn't need excuses made for him and didn't make any for himself...can you honestly say the same?

I would add the Olympics and World Championships as one of the GOAT Criteria, that battleground involves the world and not just USA, being the GOAT of a Sport should also include the world. And being a GOAT should mean you really love the Sport that enabled you to become the GOAT of that Sport if that makes sense.😅😅😅

BRO LEBUM IS THE LEQUEEN OF THE LEAGUE HE HAS ONE MOVE STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE DUNKS WITH 1 HAND AND CRY'S PITCHES A FIT WHEN HE GETS NO FOUL CALL STOP THE DISRESPECT BLAIR .I WILL GIVE YOU 3 REASONS WHY YOUR WRONG AN WHY LEBUM IS NOT THE GOAT!(1). MJ IN NBA FINALS IS 6 FOR 6 NO DEFEATS LEBUM HAS BEEN DEFEATED !(2). MJ HAS NOT 1 THREE PEAT BUT 2 OF THEM LEBUM HAS NONE , AND MJ DID ALL HIS DAMAGE IN FEWER YRS.(3). MJ WAS FEARD AND AT LEAST PLAYED DEFENSE AND WAS NEVER SCENE WALKING BACK UP THE COURT CHEERY PICKING WHILE THE REST OF HIS TEAM PLAYED DEFFENSE . MJ NEVER CALLED HIM SESELF THE GOAT LIKE LEBUM AND LAST BUT CERTANLY NOT LEAST MJ DID WHAT HE ACCOMLISHED ON 2 TEAMS DID YOU SEE WHAT I SAID BLAIR 2 TEAMS AND LEBUM WHAT 3 OR 4 TEAMS !MJ IS THE GOAT PERIOD SO ALL YOU FANS THAT THINK LEBUM IS THE BEST HERES ONE MORE FACT OH MJ IN 12 SEASONS MISSED 7 GAMES AND LEBUM.. LeBron James missed a total of 169 games in his career. During his first 15 seasons, he missed 71 games, and in the last 5 seasons, he missed 98 games THIS MAN NEED S A DOCTOR SO BLAIR I THINK WE CAN STOP ABOUT LEBUM LIKE HE'S GOD AND FLUSH THIS LABUM DOWN THE TOILET .END OF STORY BRO!!!!! BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU CAN LIKE WHO YOU WANT, BUT WE REAL FANS KNOW WHO THE REAL GOAT IS !!!!

@OnAirWithDBlair You seem like you can’t come up with a good enough reason to NOT say Jordan was the best. Like you are at a loss for words. Try addressing this again, after you had time to think about it, which I’m guessing you have by now. If you STILL are coming up with tough points to argue AGAINST Jordan being the Goat, in YOUR mind, then you are probably still in denial, as you eluded YOU think “people might think you’re in denial after you watched this video”, and were explained the facts. AND, as in the video, if you think threes were a weakness for Jordan, at 32.7%, then WHY don’t you think threes aren’t a weakness for Lebron, at 34.7%. Only SLIGHTLY better, but just average and below some of his peers. Lastly, you don’t HAVE to wait, to compare those stats as you were near the end of your video. Those are averages for a GOOD sample size for BOTH players. They will not be AFFECTED, by waiting till the END of Lebron’s career. If anything, they will be WORSE for Lebron, most likely, comparing them in a couple years. So yeah, you DO seem VERY MUCH biased, and you’re mind is made up. Watch this again, AND Jordan highlights, with a TRULY open mind

It was Christopher Smith who ran back the blocked field goal and yes he knew what he was doing. He told the story at a touch down club a week after the game. He said they are taught if the ball lands past the line of scrimmage on a blocked field goal they are to let it go, but he saw the ball,.bent over to pick it up, looked at a ref and the ref looked at him and nodded as if to say, yeah go ahead it's still a live ball, so he picked it up and started running...it was a funny story on how he told it.

Jason had better overall numbers but JB was more efficient and he guarded Luka the whole series and was able to slow him down at times. I also look at JB as the guy who started it all with this new team back in 16. He is the senior member of this squad. Horford did sign in 16 as well but he signed as a free agent in PHI and was traded back here so I give old head status to JB
@AndrewB218917 күн бұрын
This is why you have to watch the games, not just the highlights and stats. Jaylen Brown guarded Luka full court and was by far the toughest matchup for him. Luka still got his but JB made it tough and wore him out. He was the best player in the first 3 games when the Celtics went up 3-0. Well deserved Finals MVP

For real. I used to fucks with Tatum the most, and I still do, but now Brown is my favorite player on the team. Let’s be honest: Tatum was deliberately stat-padding in garbage time this game. But even if we take out the garbage-time performant and Tatum was still statistically the best player on the team in all categories, Brown was still the one who made the biggest-impact plays in crucial situations, the most often. This is why it would’ve been a travesty if he didn’t win F.M.V.P. A statistical leader is necessary but I respect and value impact players more, and I think awards should, too.
