Sometimes we even give thanks to someone that might have hurt you but also helped you. As you overcome and change because of the hurt caused they help you learn and become better.

Another prayer one can do to release all the judgements you have made from the past to the present. "I take back all judgements I am made in the past to ......"

Thank you for this wonderful video. I’m confused. Do you say “at your hand I live” to the person you released in the release ceremony? Do you give credit to them?
