Cowl Gets WORSE before it gets Better...BUT IT IS FINALLY BETTER - 1927 Ford Touring Hot Rod Part 8

Turns out... she was yet again worse than I thought. AGAIN
We have to blow it completely apart and start over.... 40 some hours later, we have a usable cowl, that we should be able to mount doors to won't look all crooked going down the road.
Everything was wrong, crooked, stretched, or bent....or all of the above. Its far from perfect, but one more chunk of 100 year old American steel will be back on the road.
