The story didn't mention the reason these bears were roaming around and doing the break-ins; It was rich people moving from Los Angeles to there whom neglected to follow the ordinance of not leaving food and the likes all around carelessly. That's what attracted hank and some other bears around the place, and they're the ones who were demanding the animals be put to death.

Went and googled about this chunky boy, and apparently he was being framed, there are at least 2 other bears doing burglary, and overall the local black bear population of Lake Tahoe just no longer hibernates because of how easy it is for them to get human food In other words their life cycle is all fucked now, and chances are they will die of clogged arteries sooner or later, sad really

I never would’ve expected an Animorphs reference in a C&C animated video, let alone two. Wow, the years have really gone by fast. And I still remember the name of the Andalite from Animorphs: Aximili-Esgarrouth-Isthill. I obviously had to look up the actual spelling, because it’s been so long, but still. Ax was basically teenage Willie from the V series of the 1980s, in terms of familiarity with human culture.

I remember when Ax met one of the characters’ dad (can’t remember which) he said he was from Canadia, and asked if he should be from anywhere else, confusing the dad. And Willie has a LOT of trouble with human verbal expressions.
